WHAT INSTITUTE TO USE????

Hi Guys,

I just want to know what do u guys think would be the best institute to do home studying through in Cape Town?? Damelin, Intec etc. The reason I'm asking this is because I don't want to study something for two years only to find out that the place is not that well recognised, or not considered a good institution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dont know what Boston city college is like...
But I would stick to UNISA

Is Damelin considered a good institution? Let's say if one of you guys had to interview someone that studied at damelin would you be less impressed by the person's qualifications compared to any other colleges?

When was i shouting at you? It's my first time on this forum and all I asked for was some opinions. I got some answers and I thank you guys that replied. but why do a**holes like you have to leave cocky comments? FFS what is your problem? Do you think your better than everybody else?

Dude, don't be so defensive. Seriously. He was just teasing you a bit because you wrote the thread's topic in capital letters and on the internet that is viewed as shouting. Take a deep breath and relax.

As for your question: I'd stay away from colleges and go with UNISA as the other guys suggested. It sort of depends on what you want to study, I guess.

Uzzi, don't mind the bullies on this playground. If you can ignore them, it's actually a great place to bounce ideas off people.

I'd opt for Unisa as well if you've got the temperament for self-study. Used them for 6 years and was very impressed with their good online administration and the diversity and post-colonial mindset of their course material (I did a BA through them).

Currently enrolled for a post grad in finance with UFS and the contrast is glaringly obvious. While UFS treats everyone like school kids (terrible tone of voice in their communciation material); Unisa treats you like a client.
