I thought it was pretty easy to see that Yunus is actually getting things done and trying to get some traction, unlike the previous ministers. I just hope he doesn't get reshuffled after the elections.

Won't that be awesome if they state MBps and then operators need to abide

I really hope there is some metric for sustained speed and quality as well, not just pure theoretical peak speeds. Oh, and they need to include upload as well. Internet connectivity has changed, realtime video and audio are now mainstream requirements.
