Bill So Far (R1929.23) indicates the total bill you are liable for till now, it doesn't exclude the paid amounts. The only thing you are due is Outstanding Amount of R238.

But the R1929 is the up coming bill he will have to pay, best to find out why asap
 
Dont do month to month!

I had a bundle also expired. Month to month was double the price.

I don't think, this is true, because mine is above 3k for a month-to-month contract. Each month, the amount is increased by my monthly bill. I've set the credit to 0, to avoid any surprises. So, there's no additional charge, that I may have incurred. Furthermore, my A/C is only debited with the Outstanding Amount Each Month. Oh! Once, I paid twice, both by debit order and by credit card. So, if I actually owed them anything, that would have been adjusted. Also, my monthly invoice states the same. Each month, I'm simply charged the Outstanding. The word "Outstanding" in itself assures what you owe, not what you are due.
