Apart from the bad, SA people are friendly and helpful in all cultures generally.

I think we can add lazy and hardworking in the same sentence.

Some South Africans show good work ethic and are very hard working, so much so that they are being offered jobs and promotions all over the world. Others proactively decide to do nothing, or the bare minimum

Our culture...
Well lets be perfectly honest...
A couple of words that can be used to describe our culture:
Lawless (We don't follow the rule of law. And I am not even talking about the big stuff... Nobody even stops at Stop streets any more.)
Blaming (Everything is other people's fault. If you are black and poor, it is the white people's fault. If you are White and poor its the blacks. Its my father's fault that I am not successful, and it is my colleagues fault that our company is not performing. The government is at fault for me living in a shack with an illegal electricity connection etc.)
Racist (The majority of us are racist, black and white... Just think about Steve Hofmeyr, Andile Mngxitama, Julius Malema etc.)
Lazy (We just want to sit back and receive, don't want to work and expect others to support us.)
Demanding (We expect everyone to give us everything we ask for, but do not want to give anything in return)
Religious (The majority of South Africans are deeply religious)
Xenophobic (We hate everyone that does not look like us, speak like us or act like us.)
I am honestly finding it very hard to think of any positives to our South African culture...
We are rotten to the core...
And I know I am generalizing and yes, not all South Africans are like this, but the majority are.
