What's your average fuel consumption?
Tbh I don’t bother checking, but it is on the heavy side for town driving and one tends to have a heavy foot...

Much like the M, it’s sweet spot on the freeway is at around 135KPH where it averages around 7-8L per 100 KM

ZA Domains clearly pays well?
Work hard play hard... and be wise with your money, with exception to cars which are a complete waste of money, but the petrol head in my peanut brain always wins the fight against the “be responsible and rational with your money” part of my peanut brain

2008 Mazda 3 MPS. Wish I could keep it. Still miss that toy. Traded in for Mazda 6 in 2015.

In 3rd, would be my 2003 Astra 2.lt. Loved that car.
2nd, Volvo V50 2.5. Had the S40 T5 as well, but the V50 2.5 was just awesome.
1st place - 2012 Fiat Panda. That car drove amazing, wasn't the most powerful, but it never gave a single day problem. Was light on Fuel, and really so much fun to drive.

Super efficient engine, lots of torque, and smooth as can be on the open road.
Absolutely have total respect for the build quality and reliability.

I know I said DS3 for the love of driving, it is epic, but there is something to be said for the 1.4 polo vivo I'm using as a daily now, it's a great little built for purpose car.

BMW 330D, bought new in 2002, still in use.

Does 5.7L/100km on the highway, great car.

Also had a Discovery 1 3.9L V8 for 21 years, sold it 3 years ago, was still working fine, but a bit heavy on fuel.

1992 Opel Monza 200 CD 16v

Digital speedo, Koo Jam Tin Jar Exhaust at the back.............proper common car but i loved it........leather seats, automatic windows.

And it smoked decently...........as any opel does.

Petrol station stops were like "R 50 oil and check the petrol".

Loved this car. I could get 1200kms out of 1 tank (when going on holiday).
Engine was responsive and had all the extras.
