My current Huawei E8372 LTE stick doesn't work. Tried everything, I uninstalled windows drivers, tried it on a different machine, contacted Huawei, Google the whole day trying solutions but it just doesn't work anymore.

Now I am just looking for a cheap replacement as my expensive stick is out of warrantee and didn't last.

What is the cheapest stick one can buy at the moment?

Why not consider a MiFi device? It's more mobile than a USB device. If that is a consideration for you. Also, a USB device could suffer during electricity outage.

I am using it with my laptop so electricity outage won't be an issue. I prefer not having an additional thing to charge or being mobile and then find out the MiFi device is not charged.

Why not just use your phone. I leave my hot-spot switched on so whenever I turn on my laptop it automatically connects to the net via my phone.
