What is the most expensive Fibre package you've seen in 2019? Who has the worst price?

Vodacom business symmetrical fibre, uncapped* 24month contract

05mbps R 799 *400gb
10mbps R 649 *200gb (includes installation)
10mbps R 999 *600gb
20mbps R 899 *500gb
20mbps R1199 *1000gb
50mbps R1199 *1000gb
50mbps R1599 *1600gb
100mbps R1599 *2000gb
100mbps R1899 *3000gb
*Fup policy: Speeds drop down to 15% once cap is reached

Supposedly includes installation too (on some plans) - have not gotten clarity what those plans are, other than the R649 plan. Yes it is only 200gb at R649, but that should be enough for a small business. Price wise, no one else even comes close.

Edit: Found some corroborating evidence online: https://www.vodacombusiness.co.za/cs/groups/public/documents/document/vodacom_fibre_brochure.pdf

Not that simple though...

The above are through Vodacom fiber.

On Third party fiber it's a whole different kettle of fish cost wise...

Don't know if it's the power of social media, but I see the guys from my link in the OP, has removed all fibre pricing from their web page. Hopefully they'll come back with decent offerings, this time.

New Link on their site

You have a FUP, all ISP's have a FUP, just because it isn't enforced doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

I don't have one, period. I got a Premium subscription at the price of a Basic one, the basic package has FUP. I've been with my ISP for over 4yrs, the perks of good customer service for long standing clients, simple as that lol. I can download 1TB if I want to and I've come pretty close at full speed, even during peak hours, no throttling.

What's up with you, you had a bad run in with your ISP and now u cannot stomach the fact that some people have a better deal than you. Many ISPs offer your no FUP packages, especially when you're a long standing customer, in order to reward you for the ongoing support, many people here on MBB r also experiencing this, seriously wtf lmfao lolol???????????

I didn't have a bad run with my ISP, I've been using my ISP for well over 15 years now. I just know the "no FUP" thing is bullshit. The idea of a FUP isn't to shape and throttle you, its to protect the network of the ISP, and in most cases it barely gets enforced.

So if it's not enforced like in my case then it basically doesn't exist. BTW u were complaining about your ISP, so why u stay with them for 15yrs?
