It's not about how many testicles you'd give for that money, it's how many testicles you can take that matters.I would give my left testicle to take that home each month

Depends, my bond is R3500 for a R400k bond but I put down R175k deposit as flat was R575kBond of R4000? That's a house of like R500k
Man... while a nice house is great - the idea of not having a bond gives me a semi.Depends, my bond is R3500 for a R400k bond but I put down R175k deposit as flat was R575k
YikesMan... while a nice house is great - the idea of not having a bond gives me a semi.
Only 16 more years to go
Just under 600k at prime. Probably gets you a 1 bed apartment in an ok area...Bond of R4000? That's a house of like R500k
Yeah - you gents definitely aren’t from Johannesburg.Just under 600k at prime. Probably gets you a 1 bed apartment in an ok area...
LOL I was basing it one Durban prices with a sizable deposit for a 1 bedroom flat.Bond of R4000? That's a house of like R500k
Thats a small grocery bill, I spend more than that on beer each month
Ja but you oaks in Durban get free TVs, fridges, booze and bullets. In CPT we have to pay DA tax everytime we just glance at the mountain.LOL I was basing it one Durban prices with a sizable deposit for a 1 bedroom flat.
There is a couple thousand still left in the budget.
Says rich people...Money can't make you happy.
Driving about in these types of cars is like buying a t-shirt saying “massively insecure, right here”.Maybe they're sad on the inside, that's why they bought one. People buy lambos to impress others, it's not the most practical car and it's expensive to maintain. Have to worry about where it's parked, the low profile is difficult on speed bumps and ditches. Also you get a lot of unwanted attention. It actually creates a lot of anxiety having a lambo.
In my current complex in an upper-middle class area in Jhb South, a one bed apartment goes for 700-750k. It's not unrealistic to pay 600k in an average middle class area...Yeah - you gents definitely aren’t from Johannesburg.
Or, I worked hard to buy my dream car...Driving about in these types of cars is like buying a t-shirt saying “massively insecure, right here”.![]()
Actually really true. A friend and I was speaking about a position that pays ~R30K take home as a starting salary. His remark to me was : "If I got that job, I'd work for 3 months then quit and relax at home for the next year"It isn't a money thing, it's an IQ thingThe lower the happier, or at very least there is a band where you are above average but below anything special. The dumber and less aware you are the happier you will be
/waits for outrage
I meant Johannesburg North. My apologies for the confusion. In my current complex in an upper-middle class area in Jhb South, a one bed apartment goes for 700-750k. It's not unrealistic to pay 600k in an average middle class area...
Net salary would need to be like R250k tbh... Unless you want that daily knob polish in Voortrekker road.enough to attain spiritual nirvana ... meaning at least:
- a f-off pimping property
- a couple of f-off pimping cars
- regularly buying expensive versions of anything you care to consume
- ability to travel as much as you like in luxury
- a daily knob polish from the most expensive ho in Mavericks
what's that in ZAR? I think it's a large amount (six 0's a month at least) to be sure
Money can buy anything including happiness you just do not know where to shop!!!
putting the p3nis in happenis.Once I paid for a lap dance from happiness, that brought me happiness that evening...
