Andor, Rogue One, 4, 5, 6.
If you want all background, better understanding and can stomach some poor spin-offs, then Chronological with all prequals, originals & sequels.

Good call.

The old ones look dated prequels poorly acted. The recent trilogy badly written and acted. Rather watch the clone wars animated series. And andor + rogue one.

Episode I, II, Tales of the Jedi, Clone Wars, III, Bad Batch, Tales of the Underworld, Tales of the Empire, Solo, Rebels, Andor, Rogue One, IV, V, VI, The Mandalorian, Ahsoka

Skip the sequels, the Obi-Wan series and The Book of Boba Fett (Except for the episodes with the Mandalorian).

Apparently the most pure way of doing this is to see the 3 original movies but from Japanese laser discs from that time period. Everything else is sacrilege.

In the order they were released.
