Oh that reminds me! Mussels and some good, fresh fish, cooked with a garlic butter sauce... Damnit, now I'm hungry again.
And snails. In garlic cheese. With bread.

Oh God you are all killing me with all these memories of food.

I haven't been able to eat anything since i've been sick for two weeks. Now i'm craving everything mentioned in this thread.

I hate the lot of you! :(

P.S Oats and toast suck!

well, you could call it that, but i think the doctors call it "Highly allergic". So I'm forced to not eat it, if i do i got 10-20 min to have antihistamines or my throat seals shut and i suffocate (ultimately death)

ps, there's a pointer to those who want me dead, just a little shrimp in me food and i could die :D

Muscles? Biceps or triceps?

I prefer mussels personally. :D

Basically we're in the same boat - I couldn't live without a lot of foods. OK, that's a bit dramatic - I could live without them, but I'd struggle to make a decision if I were stranded on an island. A lifetime's supply of cheese and constipation does not sound like a tropical dream come true to me. However freshly caught lobster, crab, fish, prawns etc on a braai, I could live with for the rest of my life...

But being stranded on an island, you would have access to those things .... but not cheese or garlic :D

you would soon get sick of seafood if you were forced to eat it everyday because that's all there was. but then again i might get sick of cheese if i had to be stranded on an island with a dairy farmer.

touche!

Yip. Pre-midnight snack time. Had sole tonight, so might as well flake it and make me a fish and lemon-garlic-mayo toasted sandwich...

Could you imagine poor scotty's predicament? Stuck eating coconuts for 10 years while his buddies have a fish braai each night. Shame...:D

What happened to that strange illness you suffered from, related to consuming crustaceans ... ?
