On another note - anyone hsaving Instagram issues on the iPhone?

I know Whatsapp doesn't do everything correctly and sharing to Instagram has never really worked well either - but now it seems the Instagram app itself just doesn't work? I've rebooted - so maybe a reinstall/uninstall? I had to edit the app seperately though Snapseed - but that's quite slow on the iPhone as well :( But at least it worked ... it's just a schlep to get things working correctly

It's crazy how people think other people use their phones .

You speak to some people, and they just believe that everyone renders 4K video day in & day out on their iPhone.

Wake up? Render a 4K video @ 120fps
During the day? Render a 4K video @ 120fps
Just before bed? Render a 4K video @ 120fps

I chat to people and I say app xyz is not that quick, and their reply is an odd 'but bru, have you rendered a 4K video recently?'

And there we go, Instagram and Snapseed have entered the building.
Oh it’s also Layout, WhatsApp, 22Seven, Childcloud and numerous other apps. FNB was slower . Amazon Alexa is terribly slow.

But look - if you ignore every app that doesn’t work correctly or is slow, then iOS is brilliant! Unbeatable!

I’ve started to ignore the inconsistency’s, and now it’s the most consistent OS ever!

I’ve ignored the times I’ve rebooted or am app had crashed, and it’s automatically gone to the most reliable OS too.

I really do see the merits of ignoring the negatives. And if you focus on Geekbench stats - its years ahead

Another terrible bank and app. App is full of bugs.
My benefits tab is down. Great bank.

I agreed with you on the app in the end? As long as we ignore things & pretend they don’t exist, then we’re all good

And I think you guys have got that sorted - congrats!

Just like you and abandoned / discontinued apps...

May 29, 2024:[/B] The Layout app will be discontinued on May 29, 2024 and will no longer be available for download. Layout features will be available on the main Instagram app for stories creation, and will continue to build ways people can be creative and connect with friends on Instagram.

I’m agreeing with you?

The iPhones the most polished, advanced, fastest experience ever if you ignore most the apps? We’re saying the same thing?

It’s the same as Apple Music - it’s the best service available by miles, if we ignore the competition.

I was chatting to a guy yesterday about smartphone cameras and I said the same thing to him

'if you ignore what's better and take it out the equation, you'll see the iPhone is best camera hands down! You can't argue that fact!'
- and he didn't really have a come back because it's really just a factual statement.

Can Huawei run Whatsapp?

Can Huawei run Whatsapp?
But to answer you - mine did.

It was smooth & it ran all the features. So I could have status or updates or anything.

Obviously iOS version has a few issues - but you told me last time that I wasn’t meant to do anything but messaging - and additional, it was sabotage by the coders

Well - I don’t think the iPhone has ever been #1 regardless of when it’s launched? In fairness though I’ve only been checking for the past 7 years. It also looks the Huawei P60 was launched before the iPhone 15? Do you see the same thing? But it is more expensive - so if we divide the camera by the dollar and multiple by the score received and a few more arb calcs - then the iPhone is the winner! Whoohoo! Best in the world!

They generally say it’s the most consistent though. It’s like a certificate of attendance’

Anyway - that’s another stats super fans like to bring up : release date. I saw people arguing on social media and they change to suit whatever agenda they’re trying to push.

It’s so weird to be so attached to a company and a brand?

Why?

I just don't get get being a die hard / superfan / cultish over a brand?
What does it do for you? Does it really matter if there is an area if they're only 'great' and not excellent' ?
Or something is #2 instead of #1 ?
