Best service I have found is
http://hydrohosting.org - their focus is especially on the South African market.
Their service runs through kodi (m3u url) and comes with a full TV guide that is adjusted for our time zone so you can always see whats on. Literally hundreds of mostly UK and some US channels - also grouped into categories like sport, entertainment etc to quickly find a specific channel. Easiest setup is through the simple pvr addon in kodi.
Their 'Full Hosting Service' gives you the full premium bouquet dstv premium provides excluding local content channels like kyknet obviously. All other channels are same as dstv except it being uk based channels. They also have the most prominent US channels but focus is on UK channels. Sport is provided by Sky sports and provides same as supersport 95% of the time.
They have lots of on demand movies and tv series as well (mostly 1080p). New on demand content is added monthly. When I joined they even had an Afrikaans VOD section which provided lots of afrikaans movies - something you wont find anywhere else.
Another unique feature they have is providing about 75% or more of all channels in 3 qualities: SD, HD and FHD. Which means they cater for all connection speeds. Their SD channels I have streamed without buffering on a 2mbit adsl line. HD (720p) requires about 4Mbit minimum and FHD (1080p) 8Mbit. I find this useful especially when I travel e.g. on holiday where I have slower wifi I can still successfully stream in SD.
Lastly they have a catchup addon (runs in kodi) that is basically an internet pvr which provides catchup for about 75% of all their live channels for up to 3 days.
Cost (month to month) is R208 but quarterly cost is R470 (R157 p/m) which is the option I have been using for the last 9 months as it works out cheaper. They have a 24 hr trial if you want to try them which includes most channels I think except sport.
