My father owns a small printing business. They own a mono Risograph, a Hamada Multigraph and a Toshiba Colour copier at the moment. Their primary business is printing pamphlets for small supermarkets and the Hamada did its job very well for the last 10 years. The problem is that most supermarkets nowadays wants their pamphlets in full colour and doesn't want to wait more than 2 days. Quantities range from 2000 to 20000 pamphlets.
We are looking at buying a copier/press that can deliver the quantities in the allowed time and still be profitable. Budget is between R300 000 and R400 000.
So in short, what digital machine for our budget is going to give us full colour prints at the lowest possible cost.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
