Hi

I am looking for a site that provides information about Unit Trusts that can be used to decide what trust to invest in. Something that allows me to compare different trusts etc. How do people decide what trust to pick - I am not finding the information that I think needs to be considered on the web.

Regards

The click-a-unit trust on moneyweb.co.za is the best I've seen. Options are to see
- all equity holdings of the fund, what the fund bought and sold during previous quarter
- performance history
- costs
- allocations.

Alternatively check the fund-xray tool on morningstarresearch.co.za

I'm with these tools not sure which to pick, apart from avoiding high cost funds, funds with large allocations in the(my opinion) expensive/hyped stocks, and funds with a similar composition as the various etfs available on the market (you can also check the etf composition on the moneyweb site
