What speed?

ADSL is all about speed, however telkom is so special that they have to go below international standards and include ridiculous pricing. An example of the lack of speed is when I was downloading a demo and the speed crept along from 50kb/sec to 9kb/sec to a paltry 4kb/sec. ADSL is for high-speed not LOW-speed
