What the law says about depression and the workplace

Baker McKenzie advises that employers should remember that an employee who has been diagnosed with a mental condition should be managed with care and empathy.
I'm diagnosed as being Bipolar and have always disclosed it to all my employers.
They have been accommodating and have always gone beyond the call of duty to assist me.
I have attempted suicide and have ended up in hospital for weeks while being employed as well and my employer still stood by my side.

There are good employers out there.
