About 05:20 Monday-Friday. 06:40 on Saturdays. I leave early mainly to skip the traffic.

Then I head into the office directly after I've dropped them, so I'm at the office usually before 7:30.

I much prefer going into the office
1) Good work/life separation
2) Easier to collaborate with colleagues

So usually about 8:29am if I need to start at 8:30, or 9am if I need to start at 9

I agree with this. My home office doesn't have one yet, and my office at work does, so especially summer time, it makes a difference.
