What to buy ??

Ok i can't decide which processor 2 get either the Amd 3800 X2 or the Opteron 165 i know the opteron is a great o/clocker but i have never o/clocked and to be frank i haven't got the guts for it so which we be best left a factory set clock to play games on ? Also im open to suggesttions on wat mobo to buy ??

if you can get hold of a 165 go with that. Its a 4800+ = underclocked with more L3

Opteron 165 dualcore for sure. Much better CPU than the x2.
