I ordered ADSL in May, and was told that a project was under place and would happen by the 23rd of August, ever since May I have been phoning to see what is happening. I phone now (24th of August) and have been told to wait till OCTOBER! I asked for customer care line and phoned, but there was an automated message saying they only operate during office hours.
What can I do? This is the biggest load of crap ever. When does the "30 day installation" that ICASA ruled come in to action? Surely there is something that someone can do
