that's generous and also gives you a lot of room to play with.
Are you into her, because that will also affect the kind of gift you want to go for.
- some kind of Spa treatment for her and a friend or full pamper session for her
- professional chocolate birthday cake
- red square voucher or find out her favourite perfume if you want to be more personal
- 2 tickets to a show at monte
- magazine subscription
- jewellery- for just under a grand you can get something really nice.

These are all good. Minus magazine subscription.
I'd add a nice recipe book or 2 to the list.

Or 1k worth of lindor balls.
