What to look forward to next?

Since IK@KSA has proven to be totally incompetent, how soon or what should we look forward to in 2007 since its clear now that nothing will really change with cap and pricing in 2006.

Does anyone know or can post a time line or at least an estimate time frame when we should see LLU, Neotel, SAT3 open etc etc.

It just seems pretty obvious right now that we have to move on and set our hopes on something else. This is all so depressing

December 2006 - Neotel starts doing business with corporates. We should have seen reductions already (since they've apparently sold bandwidth to IS) but at this point Telkom may be forced to become more .. er, become competitive.
19 January 2007 - The deadline for the declaration of SAT-3 as an essential facility which would mean Telkom has to sell bandwidth "on a cost basis". What exactly that phrase means is unclear.
March/April 2007 - Neotel start selling services to consumers and Telkom's exclusivity on SAT-3 expires.

LLU is on the cards and supposed to happen "any day now". I don't believe anyone has said just when that's expected.
