I don't, not because of any particular reason, just don't get that sick often.

Covid is different for me because vaccines are being mandated alongside vaccine passports in an authoritarian manner and I believe that the paper/pdf passport will eventually be replaced by something else.

In case you every need to fly to Central or East Africa or some Asian countries you are also mandated to have a Yellow Fever vaccine and department of health proof of vaccination booklet or they won't let you board the plane.

As for the 'don't get sick that often', I get what you're saying but it's like saying I don't have severe car crashes often so I don't wear a seat belt

Yes, but I don't have a problem with that. I have a problem with the unvaccinated not being able to enter grocery stores and public amenities for example (despite being vaccinated myself).

I think the grocery stores will never have this sort of requirement as it’s a basic need to survive. Everything else is technically not absolutely necessary to survive. So showing proof of vaccination to enter a Mugg and Bean. Sure. If it means that we end these rules in 1-2 years. That’s fine in my book.

The vaccine is safe and effective, everyone should take it to be a good citizen and protect the vulnerable. It also effectively prevents infection and transmission of the virus.

The unvaccinated are the reason we are seeing all these new variants.
They should be marginalized and punished.
