Black‚ coloured and Indian men are being recruited into these positions at a significantly slower pace of 17.9%‚ 3.3% and 6% respectively.

BBBEEEE and tenderpreneur are pretty much 100℅ black, if there's a whitey there it's because they need someone to do the work.
