That looks amazing. When I used to host people via Couchsurfing, I'd always refrain from cooking anything from their own country.

Is it good?

I’ve made manti a couple of times now but Turkish like this:


There’s a great variety of manti across Eastern Europe, some boiled, baked, steamed. I find it quite interesting.


What set these ones apart was the amazing lamb broth and the crunchiness of the baked dumplings.
