Sadad I can empathise 100% with your frustration.
I am also a nocap customer, and I must say they are absolutely shocking in terms of uptime, their so-called 5/1 contention ratio (I'm getting 4k if I'm lucky!!!) and their total lack of customer service.
Perhaps the occasional email to their customers would be a nice gesture!!!
I'm also considering taking further action, including requesting my money back for this month, as it has been useless trying to surf through them!
