About a month ago, Eusebius McKaiser left, this past Tuesday, Aki Anastasiou said goodbye and yesterday, it was Joanne Joseph's turn.

What is happening ?

Aki and Joanne were apparently retrenched. Rumour has it that a new station manager just used it as an excuse to get rid of people she doesn't like. Anyway, haven't listened to 702 in some time now. Sounds like they're properly imploding.

I thought Eusebius and Joanne were very average. Did Aki do anything? His tech segments were straight from Google. I think they got John Perlman to replace Joanne, he is ok I think. But I stopped listening to the radio after lockdown because I don't travel as much.

Same thing repeating itself since simon frost (tuksfm) and barney (5fm)?

Haven't listened to radio since March. Routine used to be Cape Talk while getting ready for work and channel hopping travelling to and from work.

Never switch on these days because WFH.

Same , I used to spend about 1-2 hours traveling everyday and listened to the radio. WFH fully now, I’ve only been to the office once since March and I don’t think we will go back this year.
