Whats happening to 8ta these days

Hi Guys,

I am getting very bad upload & download speed from 8ta.
I took this 60+60 GB very recently second time.
I cant even do voice call in skype properly.

Is everybody having the same problem or only me.

With all the great 8ta deals, lots more people have jumped onto the network.

There is physically just much more connections to their towers, which is called the contention ratio.

This will be most noticeable in the evenings, especially at 9 o clock!

I had various instability for the last 3 weeks. Mostly (but not exclusively) linked to 41.150.x.x IP range. 41.151.x.x was more stable. Last 3 days everything came back to normal. Today online all day on 41.150.x.x

Naturally, at 2am in the morning as the only awake 8ta customer, you're going to be flying.

Try checking at around 7pm.

Agree with OP.Speeds have dropped alarmingly off late.

I get bad torrent speeds 7 to 9 PM then its fine again, browsing is always fine...
