I have been a loyal afrihost client and always used to sing their praises...

Last few weeks my connectivity is super slow, call center never answer ?

Afrihost Call center used to answer with in a few minutes?
Afrihost? Whats the issue?

Note im on un capped 1mb line

Hey Jacques, since we've been chatting over PM, will assume that this is an older post. We've had a very high volume of enquiries, both related to shaping queries on uncapped, but mostly accounts related - this is our first month of billing for Mobile Data. Month end is always a peak time for our support centre, and adding a new product and billing rules into the mix makes things very challenging. Our team are busy working through all the queries as quickly as they can so that we can provide the very best support to all our clients.

For now, I've set you up with our Critical Care team who will sort this issue out for you as soon as possible

Afrihost cant use netflix or amazon instant, on axxess it works fine.
