GTA V, ~65GB a few times over because social club downloads are unreliable.

I guess we can keep this thread alive......

Biggest I've downloaded for a single torrent is probably around 500GB. Audio Sample Files. Took me a couple of months on DSL.

Astronomical datasets that I've used can run in the order of 500 GB or so. Did it at work, for work. Forget how long it took, about a day I think. Was quite a while ago now.

Most were in the tens of GB, though.

Games wise? Shadow of war, was about 100GB.
Series? Substantially larger when I was ripping my DVD collection to a HDD and then moving them over, think that was near 1TB.
I also know of friends who made local DB backups that sometimes went into the TB's.

The Complete Doctor Who - 46 GB
nope.
complete Doctor Who is 170GB.
I downloaded the 1964 - 2005 for 170GB.

if I had to download it all again now, it would be 216GB, because you only downloaded from 2005 onwards...
Nope. Mine clocks in at 300GB for original to current. Then Doom that was about 85GB and finally a 4k uhd for shits and giggles.

I downloaded the Internet a while back, then I accidentally deleted it so I had to download it again

PS4 games run into 50GB easily.
I've been eyeing a 50GB 4K Ghost in the shell, but then wonder what it would benefit me since I do not have a 4K TV.

5.5Tb of 4k footage of a conference in Berlin, edited and compressed down to 37Gb and uploaded back to a DAM.

Had 3 externals and my secondary drive maxed out, just to delete it all a month later :)

Haven't even bothered tracking this since getting fibre. Between streaming, downloading Linux ISOs and downloading games and updates I probably do a few TB per month.

In terms of this thread, the other day I had a few XB1 X games queued, totalling around 500GB. Not sure if that counts...
