Thats a good idea.... then you can get even worse service, and spend 3h30m on hold trying to get through to the call center.

Thought it was only me! I called MTN tech support and the guy just confirmed the message centre number and when that didnt work he told me to call ITalk. Meantime its the system not me! Barstards....

You don't have to hold on that long if you don't like to. I don't believe you or anybody has held on that long, huh!!
