Whats up with MTN Active

Any one know what gives with the MTN Active site - I am still getting the same information that i got 2 weeks ago, no updates to data usage, billing etc. It looks like its stuck in time.:confused:

Yeah, and the *162*pin# enquiry gives me a system failure. This has been since Monday I think.

Yep, the *162* haven't been working for me for a long time. Pity, it was a lot more convenient than having to listen to the voice balances. Sometimes it strikes me as very strange how MTN can't get the simplest things to work :(

Same problem here. 'System Failure' message. Have not been able to check bundles for about a week. MTN Active is also not updating at all!
