What's your favorite brand of running shoe?

Ja I tried that and after 7km I had blood blisters like this :

Got my new pair of Asics Nimbus a few days back and I'm happy.

I also run with them. Good shoes. I had to adapt the laces, otherwise they're comfortable.

Pity they are so expensive. I had a pair of Nimbus 13 from 2011 but the new Nimbus 15 cost R2000 so I settled for the older model Nimbus 14 at R1600. Pretty happy with it, I have only ran 7km twice in them this week, they should last up to about 1400km.

I think I paid R1200 for the nimbus 13 (or 14) last year. Expensive yes. But compared to my other shoes, they are heaven to my feet

Such a pity that the Nimbus is so expensive, when you look inside them its always Made in China/Pakistan/Vietnam. I also like Nike Pegasus which has been selling for R1200 since 2011, good shoes but the air support does not go as far as gel as found in Nike.
