WhatsApp - no media send / receive

Hi,

I have a strange issue I really cannot figure out..

WhatsApp running on iOS devices and even on the Mac client @ home when connected to my home Wifi network will not send receive any media / PICS other than the text

Home WiFi is essentially LTE based because don't have fibre in the area yet..

Apple Extreme / Time capsule (latest) which creates the WiFi network, WAN port connected to Huawei B593 LTE router, use Google DNS on the Wifi setup and everything runs perfectly except for a Double NAT issue on the Extreme which cannot be resolved because of the different IP range on the Huawei versus Home LAN

So...iPhone on home Wifi no pics can be received / sent...drop to Vodacom on the iPhone media works. I have another LTE router with a CellC sim in I use and use that router to create the Wifi network and then it also works perfectly so it has to be the primary Wifi network but for the hell of me I cannot figure this issue out

I have tried using different DNS settings on the Extreme internet settings from Vodacom's, Goolgle's, OPENDNS but that is not the issue.

Thought it might be AD blockers but again no

It has to be related to Wifi because the issue prevails on all devices that connect to that Wifi network, even the WhatsApp client on the Mac itself.

I am pretty technical so think I have exhausted all investigations but it niggles I cannot figure this one out.

Any ideas?
