Sign up with GoogleMy wife has a Blackberry Classic running BB OS10; according to Whatsapp's bulletins, they will be supporting Whatsapp on OS10 devices until June 2017 but two days ago her access to Whatsapp was blocked by a message saying that Whatsapp was no longer supported on this device. Has anyone else experienced this, and can anyone shed light on why this is happening when they said it would still be supported?
Whatsapp is kind of vital for her work, so we were planning to get a new phone before support ended, but this has caught us by surprise, so if it is only a glitch on her phone then I'd like to know how to fix it.
I have checked the OS version number, and it is a higher version than the minimum Whatsapp says is required.
