Whatsapp not working on Huawei device

If you have an old Huawei, you can use phone clone on both devices to clone Whatsapp

Does anyone know how to update the whatsapp on a Huawei Nova Y60. I have already uninstall and re-install whatsapp and still not working, I even tired third party sites but the whatsapp still does not what to update.

So does and one have advice on what else to do??

Heed earlier advice given- get a proper phone, not a CCP sponsored one that snoops on you and shares your stuff with Xi Jinping's government.

Yeah I know but at the moment I can not get a new one, so what other advice you got.

Some get it working ,most don't, sideload it but lots of bugs out there ,I sideloaded an app onto my old Redmi ,when I scanned it with Sophos it had a Trojan incorporated in the software .

Install the Aurora Store, and download it from there. Aurora connects direct to Play Store.

I downloaded from the Huawei App galary and have no issues. Important note, 2 updates were released a day apart, make sure you have updated both of them.
 
Make sure you are downloading version 2.24.16.75, which is the current working version, I downloaded from the Huawei AppGallery

LOL!, Huawei is a proper cell phone to anyone who doesn't like spyware. The only reason people are stuck on android is Google services. The reality is that Huawei offers better Apps in general and you do not need Google service at all. Some people need to control their addictions.

Funny then you still need to muck about with hacks just to get Whatsapp working.

Nonsense, if you are messing around with 'hacks' then you are a moron, using the Huawei App store is neither a "hack" or an attempt to "get something to work" let me guess, you don't own one and are just repeating what someone else has told you.

I had to set up a Huawei tablet. Spend 2 hours to get Gmail working and looking like on Android. I had to use the open source K9 mail of all things.

Strange but not impossible, Huawei was badly affected by the US sanctions, but it does have it's own email, which has no problem supporting gmail. Of course I don't use Google at all due to their ties to the US government. Please accept my apology for my last comment, there was a period when your experience was the norm, which I tend to forget. They are a lot better now though, even if they still don't support Google apps due to US sanctions.
 
Xi Jinping says you should install WeChat.

On a more serious note, there are better apps than WhatsApp but that's what we stuck with due to adoption.
