A Contract Was Sold To Me Under False Pretences. I Have Clearly Conveyed My Needs To The Sales Person And Have Inspected The Model Of The Phone Which I Have Chosen (This Is A Condition Of The Agreement).
Once I Have Opened The Box And Start Using The Phone I Discovered That Whatsapp Was Not Available On The Phone. I Returned To Vodacom Within Less Than 24 Hours - Requesting That They Cancell The Contract As They Were In Default As They Did Not Disclose To Me The Fact That Whatsapp Was Not Available.
They Called On Me To Return The Handset Whereafter The Contract Will Be Cancelled.
Guese What Happened - They Processed The Contract, Despite The Fact That I Returned The Hand Set, Despite The Fact That I Was Twice Asked By Vodacom If I Want To Consider Taking A New Contract (Which Offer Was Twice Declined By E) They Are Currently In Possesion Of The Handset For 2 Weeks. I Have Forfeited My Airtime On My Previous Contract, I Am Currently Being Billed For Usage Of A Phone I Don't Have. Can Anybody Please Advise To Whom I Can Go For Advise As I Have Now Dealt With 6 Different Employees, Ranging From Managers To Sales People To Admin Staff. I Would Also Like To Get Advise Regarding The Debit Order That I Have Signed. Will It Be Fraud If They Deduct Money From My Account For Services Not Rendered And Goods Not Delivered ?
