When do Telkom actually call to confirm delivery of the uncapped LTE equipment ?

Am I expecting too much of Telkom service levels to receive the call to confirm delivery of the router and antenna in the next millenium ?

Yep, mine was just delivered out of the blue, luckily I was close to home.

I went through the entire process of applying, spent about an hour on the phone confirming my order, was promised outcome of my application and confirmation of delivery within 48 hours.

almost two weeks later, several calls, emails, live chats, facebook, twitter and hellopeter complaints, still nothing.

Excuses received: they lost my order, I am not due for an upgrade (even though their website clearly states that existing customers can upgrade).

Countless times have I been promised that they are investigating and will provide feedback. NOT ONCE did they actually respond again. Good luck!

Whooppeeeee, after 25 min listening to ***** tunes on 10213 , the agent came back with excuse that the antennas were out of stock and they will only receive stock on the 15th of Aug

The system will automatically not allow an upgrade when the due time for upgrade is not reached.

I went through the same pains as above. They even started deducting the money off my account.
Phoning the "friendly call centre agent" doesn't help. You hold on for 10-20+ minutes. I've also been placed on hold by the agent while he "checks with his supervisor", only to give up 10 minutes later and I put the phone down.
The deals are great, but the service is shocking.
I really discourage anyone from using their products on that basis.
