Am I expecting too much of Telkom service levels to receive the call to confirm delivery of the router and antenna in the next millenium ?
I went through the entire process of applying, spent about an hour on the phone confirming my order, was promised outcome of my application and confirmation of delivery within 48 hours.
almost two weeks later, several calls, emails, live chats, facebook, twitter and hellopeter complaints, still nothing.
Excuses received: they lost my order, I am not due for an upgrade (even though their website clearly states that existing customers can upgrade).
Countless times have I been promised that they are investigating and will provide feedback. NOT ONCE did they actually respond again. Good luck!
