I'll pay my e-Toll bill after I've become a Card Carrying member of the ANC.

I'll only join the ANC after they repay the over R500billion their incompetence and corruption has cost South Africa.

I used to not pay until the account was handed over to the credit beureus and it affected my score and I got declined for credit. Just check your credit beureus

Horseshyte. There would be 9.2m people in this country who couldn't get credit if that was the case.
