When to submit telkom line move.

I am moving house end of feb.

The catch is the house I am moving to is still on the same property so it has same address etc. Numerous houses/cottages on one big property.

When do I need submit the forms by to telkom, I want my physical line to be the same as it is connected to new exchange and the current line in the house I am moving to is connected to the old exchange. The current line in house will stay and I will add my line to it, other tenants will be using that 4mps line in house I am moving to and I want to use my 20mps line.

Should I maybe consider just canceling and reordering?

i submitted mine a month before the time. still had no Internet or phone line for a week

Done the 1 month thing twice, first time I had no line for a further 5 weeks and the second time they called me to the new place about a week after I informed them to do the install. Go with a month and hope for the best
