When Gautrain beats Ubering to the airport

Depending on what time and where you're travelling from, the Gautrain can be much cheaper and faster than using an e-hailing service to travel to OR Tambo International Airport. However, e-hailing services offer the most affordable option for those travelling in groups.

The Gautrain can be an affordable alternative to driving when commuting along its North-South rail from Hatfield Station in Pretoria, to Park Station in Johannesburg.

I use the Gautrain for the airport often. Although lately i've just been leaving my car because i'm lazy to walk around the stations and things lol. But it is a big help.

Because it will go bankrupt if we don't.

Had to go to a conference at the Sandton convention center. Gautrain Airport there and back was a no brainer: traffic, uber , hire car, hell no thankyou. Expensive but time and cost effective.

Gautrain prices are madness and it's kind of slow.

Yeah no what? That analysis had more and sketchier holes than Esselen street after dark.

Sometimes I take my motorcycle. Park it where the other bikes park, have left it there for 5 days the one time. Now that is super convenient and free.
