We go every 6 months, booked in advance during the appointment.

Went about 4 months back, wow they are pricey.
I go more often to them with the kids. Man I think they the biggest crooks in the medical industry. These days when you walk in it is always first x-rays of the teeth, just to make money, does not matter what the problem is. Even if you go for a clean, x-rays first.

No matter how hard I try, I can't keep the area around my retainer clean. I have the buildup cleaned twice a year. I used to book with an oral hygienist, but now I am at a dentist which does it, so I get a checkup too. No serious teeth concern, never lost a tooth invisalign stoke on trent, etc.
It's recommended to visit the dentist at least twice a year for cleanings and examinations to prevent issues like cavities, gum disease, and other dental problems. Good oral hygiene, including brushing and flossing daily, along with regular dental visits, helps ensure a healthy smile and overall well-being.

Oh, no, it is a dental bot. Good advice, but sly to insert that "SEO" backlink in the quote. /Ugh

Bad backlinking strategy, the user should rather attend a digital marketing course twice a year.

Once a year. I've learned the hard way not to FAFO with teeth.
If you go once a year, no problems, maybe 5 minute filling every few years.

If you skip that filling you going to be back in 3 years needing root canal where you will cry twice, once during the procedure and then again when paying.

In 2021 spent about R100k on bone graft, implant and 2 crowns, etc.
Teeth looking good as new now

Went for a checkup a month or two ago, all good
