Where are MECER USB ADSL MODEM drivers?

I need to find these things... Mecer's website is well known for not providing you with the drivers you need, well maybe they do if you're good at knowing the exact path in very untidy directory structures...

Anyway, I need a driver, don't have anything but USB MECER ADSL and I know it's a small modem without any ethernet ports.

Please help.
