Where can I find a supplier for my eCommerce store?

Hey guys. I'm wanting to start an online clothing store directed at South Africans. I am trying to make it as local as possible and use a supplier from here. I want to start with T-Shirts but am struggling to find a well-priced, reliable manufacturer who can also do t shirt printing. If anyone knows of good suppliers for eCommerce clothing stores and could share their names, I would be so grateful.
