Where can I get a TV license?

I want to buy a new TV and the online store doesn't issue TV licenses for you when purchasing. Where can I get one?
And I can't use someone else's because apparently the whole country decided not to pay theirs anymore.

I got mine from Game, they asked did I have one, said no, signed me up there.

In 1995 i had a tv and then I didn't. When i was wifed up she wanted a tv so she bought one and got a lisence as well. I got a lawyers letter demanding money and told them I no longer have a tv but the wife bought one and she bought a tv lisence. Sent them relevant documents as well. 5vyears later i suddenly owe R3500, told them to prove i own a tv or had owned one in that period. They left me alone. 10 years ago sane story and now i owed R2600. Told them to prove I owned a tv in that period. Never heard from them again.
