Visiting Joburg next week, does anyone know where I can a street full of second car dealerships in Johannesburg in one street where I don't need to travel different dealerships that far apart from each other.

Go look at the burchmores warehouse in wynberg as well. You can buy off the floor there.

This is also true, if I were OP, I would take the drive down to Vtown, last count was about 115 2nd hand dealerships.
