Well I think the heading says it all.

Its my Grans 89th birthday on Sunday, she has many grand kids and a few great grand kids(big family) and not enough space in her flat for all the photos. So I am looking for something really simple that she can use.

I nearly forgot, I am based in Cape Town. Thanks all

Key thing is to buy a frame that matches the aspect ratio of your photos. A lot of frames are 16:9 which is useless for photos IMO.
Just one of the reasons why I dislike so many tablets.

I must agree,I also think that they are generally over priced. If you think that you can buy a 20" Samsung Monitor for R1099.95 at Incredible Corruption and this 8" Frame is going for R1225.00. I don't think there is a huge amount of fancy stuff going on in the back end of the frame either. Just my opinion!!!!

It's all to do with market demand. They sell a lot more monitors than photo frames, so the prices will take a while to come down (if ever).
