Hi there

We are currently running a competition where we are giving away a Samsung TV - http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...y-Samsung-40’’-Smart-LED-TV-and-other-gadgets

Where MyBroadband got the TV from

There was a Samsung competition on MyBroadband as part of an advertising campaign where users could win a TV. It was a fun, balloon popping competition, and many of us played the game.

One of the MyBroadband staff members then won a TV. She disclosed that she worked for MyBroadband, and the people who run the competition said that it was within the rules.

However, everyone at MyBroadband felt that while it is great that she won the TV, it would not be right to keep it. We are therefore giving it away in a competition.

Thanks to Samsung for the great prize – you are going to make one MyBroadband member very happy!

That's very kind of her...thank you kind stranger for the opportunity to pass it on!

EDIT: my migraine is really gnawing at my cognitive ability; I read that she willingly donated it to be re-raffled in the competition.

As below, I hope you guys at myBB can at least give her a little something as compensation

Yeah.

If she won it fair and square and you guys just take it from her that's theft.

Please don't include me in this "competition".

I did say my opinion.

I said I love her for giving away a TV I wished for the past 5 months now.

I will lick her eye ball to show my appreciation.

So much wrong here.

MyBB staff member plays the competition. Not good.
MyBB staff member wins the competition. This should not be happening at all.
It's within the rules... whut? well okay then... so she won it fair and square...
MyBB takes prize back. Annnnnnd we're off the rails again.
