Actually made in SA. The name brands are Chinese. Why they so expensive as the probably pay 60% import fees.

I normally just wait for 50-75% discount online sales from Zando & Superbalist .

This is it, so sad Spree was swallowed by Superbalist because that was another gem.

A little insider tip, Superbalist very sneakily says on the drastically discounted stuff that they can't be returned because of them being sale items but that's not true, you have 7 days to return sale items.

My sister told me about it first and I confirmed that with customer service, they even guiltily acknowledged that the "cannot be returned" note on sale items shouldn't be there. I asked them to please have that changed but a year later it's still there so it's obviously a cynical trick to try prevent returns.

Same size as me then. MRP does have some good looking clothes but I have found that over the years they do not last as long compared to Woolies or my local tailor.

MRP stuff is garbage, shtty Fong kong zips, rubbish fabrics, buttons sewn on with 2 threads of cotton that unravel after 2 washes etc, Tshit necks that go wonky in a month. Tried it but it's false economy in my opinion.

Same reason that logic would be silly if you were talking about phones. China produces a huge range of stuff in all degrees of quality.

Look at the Woolies brand, Edition, RE, etc. Shorts are R250-R400 and the work pants are R350-R500.

You should also look to shop at Woolies when they are on sale. Their stuff is 50% off so it is a bargain for excellent quality.

No, haven't seen mine crease at all.. one thing I nearly forgot, their size are hit and miss at times.. some of mine are a size smaller than on the label..
