Where to buy E3276 lte modem in pretoria?

Specifically the E3276s-920 for TM, i want to buy it without contract. I know sites like amazon/ebay have it, but i prefer to get it at a store, much faster that way. Anyone know of shops in pretoria that sells them? Can you buy it at telkom stores without contract?

Not Pretoria, but you can get one from here in 4-8 days using DHL for $67 (E3276s-601 which is also compatible with Telkom LTE).
