Where to direct Telkom ADSL complaints

Hi

I will not bore you all with another complaint, but I would like to find out the best place to direct a complaint to Telkom. I already lodged a complaint with them and got an unapologetic person on the other end. She gave me a fax number to send my complaint to (031 301 7444), but I want to send the letter to every possible avenue in the Telkom anti-competitive machine.

P.S. Isn't it crazy that even when you're complaining, Telkom are making money from your call?

Call 080 060 0126 quoting your reference number you received when you reported the problem. (My summary)

It sometimes works, often not. Problem is that ADSL support often refuses to provide a reference number. I have to admit that the last time they refused to provide such a number was about 4 months ago. Since then the operator actually offered me a number after reading back what he recorded as the problem.

Dont worry about complaining they will ignore you then kill you.

Fantasy is what people want, reality is what they need.
